“Swirly” Frame Cutting File
Its been crummy weather here this week so I have been making lots of cutting files 
. I actually got to use some yesterday and finished up some Halloween scrapbook pages.
AND best of all got a ton of work done on that crazy recipe swap I am doing ( 21 8×8 pages! )
Last night couldn’t sleep so whipped this up:
Free Swirly Frame File in GSD SVG and KNK format
Free Frame SVG file is for use with your Cricut using SCAL ( Sure Cuts A Lot) software.
If you dont know what I am taking about- Many Cricut users don’t know they an on Cricut WITHOUT Cricut cartridges. For more info on how to use your Cricut and SCAL, read my recent post SCAL Sure Cuts A Lot software and Cricut- Cut Without Cartridges.
Free Frame GSD cutting file can be used with(QuicKutz) Silhouette machines, Xyron Wishblade and Craft Robo. Use robo master or craft robo software that comes bundles with machine.
Free KNK Frame Cutting File is used with Klic n Kut ( KNK Element, Maxx, etc) OR use KNK Studio GE software with other cutters.

Hi…the swirly frame is very pretty and I downloaded it thinking it was an svg file and it was a ms-dos document. Is there an svg for this? Thanks.

NOTE-there may be a problem with the svg file- I will fix later today when I am at my PC.
Hi- the file is fine- you need top open with appropriate software like Inkscape or import into SCAL.
If you just lick on the .svg file ad it opens as a word document try associating svg files with cutting program you use or just open your software and open from there. This file opens fine in both SCAL and Inkscape.

How can I seperate the 2 images. I am trying to make a frame 27×36. I need to start with half the size in order to make a pattern and that is why I need them seperated into different files.
This is the perfect frame for what I need.
