I did up this Free Halloween Bat Frame to share. It is quite cute as a frame or embellishment on a card or scrapbook page. I am a craft gliiter freak so I like to heavily decorate my frames with chalk and glitter- this looks GREAT with black paper and a clear or black glitter.
