Free Washington Monument Cutting File for Scrap booking, Cards and Paper Crafts

Had a suggestion recently to do up a file for the Washington Monument. I looked through messages to find out who suggested and cant track it down- who ever you are- thanks for the great suggestion and here it is.
There are three pieces to this- black silhouette, blue sky/water and white mat. You can use all or one of these pieces.
Nice break from the “disc” files but will get back to them soon enough
