Can easily play around with the hair and also we needed more hair for our paper doll!!!! Maybe some one can come up with more hair styles for our poor doll

Michele comes up with more and more unusual International paper dolls for collection. I actually forget she had sent me this ( sorry!). The smaller pieces for this file are quite intricate and you may want to use a fine tip marker- I have not tested but I can see how it might be a challenge to cut if creating a smaller paper doll. Look for Ethipian boy paper doll tomorrow.

Stocking Gift Card Holder

More complicated than I needed but awfully darn cute!
I did up several of these for Christmas gift card holders. Some I hung on tree and others attached to gifts. PERFECT to jazz up some otherwise plain gifts for piano teachers and hostess gifts. If I had more time I would have gone to town for my families. I think I will modify heavily this design as I found the card holder bit snug- otherwise a great design and a HUGE thank you Omayra for the lovely template!

Memorial Tile Made For Fireman

You never know what people will do with the files you create . This particular post really touched me. Sometimes my friends and family tease me about my files or the fact that a give them away for free but every once in a while I hear of something and I know why I give them away or why I spend time making them or posting them.

The cutting file community gives back so much more to me than you all can possibly imagine. On an email post last week I saw that someone had made up a memorial tile for a lost fire fighter using a cutting file I had made and posted ( Maltese Cross For Fireman Cutting File) and I was just so choked up and touched.
Nancy at Stony Hill blog made up a beautiful tile with this post:

….St. Anna Fire Dept. On Tuesday of this week the fire department responded to a dumpster fire. When the water hit the hot metal it exploded, killing 33 year old Steven Koeser, known to his fellow fire fighters as “Peanut”. 8 other members of this small rural volunteer fire department were also injured. They also lost a lot of their equipment. When I saw this file I thought it would make a nice 12×12 tile for the St. Anna Fire Department to have in “Peanuts” memory.
